The application form

The application form collects everything you need to make a credit decision:

  • Business details — legal name, trading name, company number, address
  • VAT number — validated live: UK numbers against HMRC, EU numbers against VIES. Invalid numbers are flagged before the buyer can submit.
  • Trade references — configurable count, with contact details
  • Documents — certificates, financials, or anything else you require, with expiry dates that drive automatic re-review later

Submissions land in your review queue with validation results attached, so you never chase a buyer for a mistyped VAT number.
