Shopify B2B without Plus
Since April 2026, Shopify's native B2B features — companies, company locations, B2B catalogs, and payment terms — are available on every plan, not just Plus. If you sell wholesale on Basic or Grow, you no longer need workarounds, duplicate stores, or theme-hacking wholesale apps.
What native B2B gives you on Basic and Grow
- Company records with multiple locations and contacts
- B2B catalogs: wholesale price lists per company
- Payment terms (Net 30/60/90) on B2B orders
- B2B checkout with company-aware tax treatment
What's still missing — and how Transactful closes it
Native B2B assumes you already know who to trust: it has no application flow, no credit decisioning, and no enforcement when a buyer with Net 30 terms keeps ordering past what they owe you. Transactful adds the trust layer — wholesale applications, approval with a credit limit, and checkout blocking when an order would exceed available credit. Because it's built on checkout validation (available to public apps onall plans), enforcement works on Basic and Grow too.
